To apply for a refund, please follow these 3 steps:

2. We will reply within 24-48 hours. If you’re eligible for a refund, please send the products back to our warehouse at:

3. All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Money should be refunded in USD currency ($).

If you paid with your:

• Paypal: The balance will be credited to your PayPal account. Funds can take 3 days to 5 days to arrive in your account.
• Credit card: It may take up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement. If the card was canceled or you paid with a prepaid card, contact the card issuer to access your refund. The money will still be sent to this card account.
• Debit card: It may take up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement.
