Order Cancellation

Orders can be changed or cancelled until they are shipped.

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours.

Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Refunds & Returns

You can submit refund requests within 60 days after the date the product was delivered.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

You did not receive your items after the guaranteed shipping time has passed. (This will not be available if your tracking code shows the packages have been delivered)
You received different item(s) from what you placed.
The products were damaged, broken.
The products were wrong in size or color from what you placed.

We will not issue refunds for these situations:

Your orders did not arrive due to factors within your control. (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your orders did not arrive or did not arrive on time due to exceptional circumstances outside our control. (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster). If this happen, please Contact us so we can assist you further.
You changed your mind and don’t want the product anymore without any proper reasons.
Someone used your cards without your permission. It is up to you to take care of it and notify your bank immediately. We will give you a refund within 12 hours before the product’s shipped, you will be responsible for any transaction fees.

3. All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Money should be refunded in USD currency ($).

If you paid with your:

Paypal: The balance will be credited to your PayPal account. Funds can take 3 days to 5 days to arrive in your account.
Credit card: It may take up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement.
If the card was canceled or you paid with a prepaid card, contact the card issuer to access your refund. The money will still be sent to this card account.
Debit card: It may take up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement.
