We cooperate with many brands of clothing, and each brand has different sizing. We recommended our dear customers measure the sizes through our sizing charts provided in the product descriptions.

For most of the case, the post office will contact you to confirm addresses and documents. After that they will deliver to your house, and may charge some additional fees depending on each country.

For some cases, the post office won't deliver to your house but ask you to go to the post office and pick up the package yourself. In either case, please use the tracking number we provided to see if your package has arrived to your post office, and contact them to ask for further information.

To apply for a refund, please follow these 3 steps:

• Your order numbers
• Reasons why you want to apply for a refund
• Pictures of the products you received

2. We will reply within 24-48 hours. If you’re eligible for a refund, please send the products back to our warehouse at:

3. All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Money should be refunded in USD currency ($).

If you paid with your:

• Paypal: The balance will be credited to your PayPal account. Funds can take 3 days to 5 days to arrive in your account.
• Credit card: It may take up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement. If the card was canceled or you paid with a prepaid card, contact the card issuer to access your refund. The money will still be sent to this card account.
• Debit card: It may take up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement.
